Defined Process
-

Plan with Purpose
An outlined path was created that’s realistic, strategic, and tailored to clients’ specific needs.
-

Collaborating Openly
Clients were part of the process. Open communication and decisions were shared, no black boxes or surprises.
-

Adapt as Needed
Every project is unique. Staying flexible and responsive was key to ensure the process adapts to the flow of each step of the process.
-

Deliver with Confidence
Delivered with confidence, following a clear process of understanding client needs, refining concepts, and ensuring every detail aligned with the vision. The result reflected precision, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.

Where Ideas
Take Shape
Here is a brief introduction to my process, where creativity meets clarity, and vision meets action.
I believe in doing things differently, with intention, with passion, and with people at the centre of it all. Every detail here reflects that mindset.

Preproduction
-

Moodboarding Sessions
They bring together visual references, colour, texture, motion cues, and tone to explore the overall feel of a project before design decisions are locked in. Moodboards create a shared visual language, align expectations, and support confident creative direction from the outset.
-

Styleframes
They establish the look, tone, and design language of the animation, from colour and typography to illustration style and motion approach. Styleframes allow for early visual alignment and informed decisions before moving into full animation.
-

Storyboarding
This stage focuses on structure, pacing, and storytelling, mapping out how the narrative unfolds before animation begins. Storyboards help align expectations early, clarify messaging, and ensure the story works visually before time is invested in production.
-

Design System - Standardised Assets
Characters are designed as flexible systems rather than one-off illustrations, allowing them to be reused, adapted, and animated consistently across multiple deliverables. This approach supports efficiency, brand consistency, and long-term use across projects.
